Hello! I'm a martial artist, boxer, husband and father as well as a fitness coach for the last 10 years specializing in science-based strength methods. Over the years through training my clients & competing in wrestling and boxing, I've fine tuned nutrition and body transformation tactics & strategies. I'm currently based in Portland, Oregon, I spend my time chasing my son around and helping men & women go from stressed out, unhappy and overweight to lean and confident
