I'm a personal trainer, strength coach, mom to a 6 year old and lover of all things healthy living, from growing my own food, to studying biology and chemistry.

I actually have a Master's of Science in Chemistry from Northwestern but switched gears to pursue my passion and be able to be home more for my son.

I love bodybuilding & being strong, and I am on a mission to get weights in to every woman's hands, to help them embrace their strength physically & discover how it can not only transform their body but their mind!
