As a scrawny kid from a tough neighborhood in Chicago, fitness was my refuge, my outlet, my aspiration to become better a version of myself. It imbued me with a deep sense of purpose that still drives me today. I've dedicated my life to mastering the art and science of fitness, honing my skills through grueling years of competition, study, and practice. I've pushed my body to the limits, spending six years as a competitive boxer and a decade perfecting the martial arts. And along the way, I've earned a slew of certifications, each one a testament to my unwavering commitment. But it was in 2015, when I became a certified sports performance specialist, that I truly found my calling. Now, I use my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their own fitness goals, inspiring them to push themselves harder than they ever thought possible
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to training, as each person has unique needs and goals. Instead, I focus on identifying your weak points and creating a custom plan to build a solid foundation ensuring that you get the results you're looking for. My approach emphasizes the use of scientifically-proven techniques and methodologies to help you achieve optimal results. With my coaching, you can be confident that you are receiving the highest quality guidance and support in your fitness journey. When I’m not coaching clients, working on my business, or boxing, I love spending time with my 2 kids and exploring the beautiful Northwest with my family.

Because of training with Alberto, I have seen significant improvements in my physical health and strength. Before I started training with him I had little to no muscle definition and now regularly get complimented on looking fit. Alberto is amazing at knowing how to push you in your ability range and by push, I mean nothing but positive reinforcement. He's a great listener, motivator, and is always considerate of how you are feeling each day you walk into the gym and trains accordingly. When I first started seeing Alberto I lived close to our gym. I have since moved further and but have no interest in changing to a closer gym because of how much I enjoy working with him.
